you're likely not doing any of those things anyway; also plenty of time to do both physical development and write: many examples from history; also, physical development has immediate advantages for you...what is the purpose of doing those other things?
Each large muscle of a bodybuilder represents a language he didn't learn, a poem he didn't read, a fun fact he never memorised.

The last is really the point: it's not that those other things don't have a purpose but that very often people who pretend it's one or the other can't explain the value of intellectual efforts. Many just want to impress journalists/academics "I'm a good boy; I'm LITERARY"

I've had the great advantage of my own readers and fans doing their own advertising and promotion of my book and ideas because they enjoyed it and, I am told, there's nothing like it now. Because of this, it outsells and spreads beyond mega-publisher books with major backing
Is very nice to see my buk spreads among many groups not political: it began among many gamers, among military, expats, and now you can see this...this isn't photoshopped, this man is fighter, welterweight world champ. Very nice!

I've had no publisher, no backing, no cocktail parties, no fake blurbs from experts or blowhards to promote my book; there have been basically no reviews in any normie media beyond very small outlets, although book had more readers than their heavily-promoted and boring produce.

You might think the big "intelleckshual media" silence on my book is odd because throughout 2016-8 and after they were handwringing over there being no "New Right" books they could criticize. But their fretting was fake; at most they were looking for easy targets

Is easy to understand why they don't want to engage, beyond a few smears: my book isn't the pre-made image they & editors want to project about the "altryght." Anyone who picks it up can see is far superior to what they themselves can produce in terms of humor, culture, etc.
