Is this "brutal paganism"?? Surely the very vocal American Catholic conservative intelligentsia will say something about this rather than complain about the 3 neopagans on Twatter?

"So what was your family doing in Paraguay or Argentina that had Stroessner or Jean Ousset frends bully them?" ....silence....
Replying to @bronzeagemantis
Little known by many including new leftoid readers of me and my frands: neocons from groups affiliated with e.g., Kristol are VISCERALLY opposed to occasional past USA support of men like Stroessner. Many in fact come from families "tortured" by Stroessner (they don't say why...)

Kirill already list many cases, this is good. Many American yung, attracted by Marxoid thought don't see...some of us knew and great respect for men of action who took up Marxism in 1930's when it was dangerous, and paid the price. They saw through it eventually for a reason
His comrade Touré over in French Guinea was friends with US Black Panthers, MLK, American academia fawned over him. Or Mozambique. FRELIMO boss Mondlane had a PhD from Harvard & was married to a White American woman! FRELIMO was financed by Soviet Union, China and Sweden!

I cover the Angola question on two episodes of Caribbean Rhythms. I will be DOCUMENTING in detail many Cold War cases: international communism was funded and aided by CIA/State Dept Communist sympathy of CIA cadres is actually the "light" version of this theory by the way...
Yes, Soviet-backed and American-backed militias in Angola were slaughtering each other, but this was mainly because the KGB and CIA backed different tribes. Their goal was the same: destroy the last European empire

CIA and State Dept have almost without exception, from 1940's, had policy of destroying "European colonialism," replacing pro-Western regimes with those loyal to international socialism. Few know this, even conservatives; lies of Chomsky and leftacademia widely believed...
"We need to promote communism to defeat the communists who somehow seem to keep gaining ground." The observation that this might not be accidental is not new. It's what McCarthy said in the 50s.

This is very true, old forests in Europe are some of the most intensively-human-managed areas; in Medieval times and before they were inhabited, carefully tended. California and NW burning because IGNANT fake leftenvironmentalists think you shouldn't clear old brush, etc.

Many very strange people have been in a rage against me for months since they found I supported the removal of rat-man Evo Morales by the civilized sectors of Bolivia. To such people I say, #HandsomeThursday come early: human rights and French culture activist Robert D'Aubuisson

Please don't say that FDR--whose admin was full of agents of neoliberalismTM like Harry Dexter White--burned Europe to the ground with Stalin, who wouldn't have survived without Lend-Lease. Heidegger saying Moscow and Washington were metaphysically the same is a neocon lie!

What did the American State Dept and OSS/CIA mean by putting Lumumba, Ho Chi Minh and then Diem in power? When they gave support to Algeria to ethnically cleanse French colonists who had lived there 100+ years were they doing a neocolonialist whyte supremacism?

I challenge the Chomasky dorkoloids to explain--very brief, very clear--the chief foreign policy/geopolitical desires of the neocons and the Atlanticists. They can't because they don't know--to them all of USA is "like...corporations man...like...neoliberalism..."
I've always said that both the CIA and the neocons are bad, but I guess it's beyond some people that bad factions can also hate each other... Here's something else that will bother some: Atlanticists and neocons are very much opposed and hate each other.

The OSS was a communist organization--no qualification on that, no irony--made up of communist men who wanted to fight fascism and Hitler. This legacy continued... There were other factions of the CIA that weren't communist, but driving force of CIA and State Dept was communist.
Do n00bs really believe the CIA is historically a "neocon" outfit? Michael Scheuer might correct them on this...neither the CIA nor the Pentagon were neocon, in fact were quite opposed to them... OTOH is true that CIA and OSS had significant COMMUNIST presence in ranks...

Is BAP trying to say that neocons are good because the CIA are against them, or that the CIA is good because they are against neoconservatism?

I know what you're saying but it's not the case here. The particular neocon tactic of democracy promotion through military intervention wasn't supported by any factions of the CIA, not historically anyway. The communist CIA faction supported communist factions/dictators abroad
