Many realizing now the danger of centralized food supply + glut of cheap food + unhealthy population. I proposed long ago shift to subsidy for many small organic farms that can sell direct to consumer...many advantages in health of the people!

Food centralization is also a national security risk. In many countries you can find farms locally outside city, in much of USA if there is major disruption in food distribution you starve
