I don't blame Drumpf or Hungary or anywhere else for locking down, it was good reaction if done early and strict; they were also forced to lock because would be blamed for any deaths that took place after. Portugal started locking voluntarily btw before any govt. order

There's no "containment" effort of Russia because none is necessary. People thought war would start with Iran over Soleimani, nothing happened. No major crises around the world taking America's resources right now, aside from Chyna. Russia doesn't like Chyna or Iran as such
