I would say if you had to choose from among these, the ones in left column, with blaq elderberry for cold prevention if you feel at risk, and then oregano oil (Gaia brand best) if you start to have symptoms. You'll need a probiotic because oregano oil as strong as antibiotics...
I give list, general advice for immune boost in winter, not just against coronavirus (but first page is especially relevant for those strains). Because some of these work against some pathogens but not others, best to "throw kitchen sink" and use as many as possible
