these good points; I'll add clarifier though in next episode may have exaggerated; average is still higher than in most USA probably and hygiene btw especially for middle class and up is superior to what you find in USA/Europe, but there's definitely been a trend since 10 yrs ago

yes maybe I exaggerate, the average is definitely much above most countries and probably overall USA at large still, but there's been a change in Rio since 10 yrs ago; the ones who've kept that discipline are Bolsonaro supporters/nationalists/based etc.
