Yes is only music I used for this last episode. Very strange that youtube somehow found it and listed it automatically in the description, I just noticed...how they do that?

Anton did an interview about my book and his review again. Surreal to hear my book discussed on AM radio like this. What do you think? I think I have to respond to this also in writing..... He was fair but many older conservatives have misunderstandings! upstream-ideas.com/upstream-…

right...it's a good oil but not a seed technically; also relatively expensive. Macadamia oil is also good but very expensive

probably better than canola or soy, but peanuts are very inflammatory; idk...look up the fat profile. high PUFA content is bad

well some say stay away from seeds, but it depends; canola, soy is toxic, but organic corn treated in certain ways probably fine to eat. Mixed opinions on stuff like chia, etc.

I'm not sure about grapeseed oil. The only safe seed oil I know is sunflower, because the latest varieties are high-oleic (similar in fat profile to olive oil).
Grapeseed oil an exception? I've heard good things about its affect on skin when rubbed on, as well as favorable comparisons to vegetable and canola

make sure they're fried in pork lard or a good oil like coconut; also make sure it comes from humanely treated pigs with a good/natty diet
