Not sure what it is about these, it's not just the heat level...you can find varieties that aren't actually very hot at all, but something about that tropical "frooty" pepper fragrance just makes me very agitated, disturbed...possibly hijacks part of brain
I call on @SecPompeo to issue a firm statement denouncing habanero, Scotch bonnet peppers, and all similar Caribbean and Amazon chilis with a strong "tropical fragrant" profile, this is a matter of national security.

Olive oil good but if in USA remember to get California or Chile, otherwise it might be adulterated; also it's a bit heavy for mayo, so consider sunflower oil. The latest varieties of sunflower oil are high oleic, similar in fat profile to olive oil, but lighter taste
