In fact in some states (e.g. California) and at some jobs it's illegal right now to be fired for political viewpoint. But that's not how it's done. They "build a case" against you for a year, collecting or contriving pretexts for you to be fired later...

Either way, if you truly have dissident views, your career in whatever field, often even STEM would essentially be over. The only way to counter this would be with AGGRESSIVE anti-discrimination legislation such as exists now for favored minorities. Will NEVER happen for this...

There's nowhere near the political or social capital to turn conservatives or right dissidents (or even left antiwar etc.) into a protected political class, protected under "disparate outcome" and such things. Even if there were, companies, employers find ways around that

The point is that protection of internet anonymity is right now the ONLY way to ensure freedom of thought and expression. Its end would mean not only the crushing of the 4chan/frog dissident movement but its replacement by an imposture...and here I must be "sensitive"....

The people who demand you strip away your anonymity for street cred, who claim superior moral position because "they put they face out there"; who try to become leaders/gatekeepers/"the voice" of frogs under own identities, which includes much of alt-lite as well as WN 1.0

Even here there are exceptions but for the most part it's a collection of narcissists, fools, intel operatives or controlled by such, PR agents for unknown interests, etc.; these are the "public faces" that would remain and would lay claim to the energy of "nationalism" and so on

I would say that this is more or less the not-so-elaborate op that's being consciously advanced by some--and unwittingly promoted by many conservatives, rightists, and others who are friends. "Internet freedom" in exchange for end of anonymity and the neutering of social media

Please also see the way these social media clampdowns are proceeding: it's almost always triggered, as a pretext, when one of these facephags/namephags makes a spectacle of themselves. Then we're all supposed to jump to their defense: "we all in this together"! No sorry....

#frogtwitter has been banned many times over. No one defended us. They chased Ricky Vaughn off the internet in a way I've never seen before...they were obsessed with him. Understand what really threatens them. Anonymity threatens them.

Don't let the media or others define you or herd you into constructs...don't let them assign you faces and leaders. This 4chan/frog thing since around 2010-2 or so has been an amazing thing and it's all driven by your energy and impishness...it drives them nuts!
