This is true. See class of foreign students at 50% of class, some can't speak English or understand what's being said. But write "literate" bullshit essays...how does it happen? People have no idea the massive cheating that goes on in universities...
BAP you forget why they here in the first place! Colleges heavily market towards these kinds of international students, then charge them full price! The exist as a revenue stream to academia, first and foremost
