Nasim and Sailer fight over IQ, but how can I show that I poasted Nasim's thred myself long time ago? He is right that it tests aptitude primarily for modern office work. No doubt this correlates with real intelligence, but isn't the same.
I've known very smart, quickwitted in turd world who wouldn't have patience to sit through exam. Halfway through they might start filling out answers at random or walk out...tempted to say some great men of past like Hernan Cortes or Walter Raleigh might have done the same
I'm not saying this to be "nice." The historical record of peoples is proof of their abilities or lack thereof, as well as the impression of reasonable travelers. Why do you need IQ rankings if just this is your concern? IQ rankings can even mislead....
Chinese IQ is misleading...I think that nation has an undistinguished intellectual past, and not much future possibility. Japan is better but without the white West I firmly believe science and technology would slowly die off. People unaware of low level of sciences in Asia
By contrast the Pashtuns have no intellectual past but I believe are destined for greatness some day. Same possibly for Mongols and a few others who through circumstance have lived in state of barbarism. This can only be discovered through personal judgment and observation
IQ in the end is not a politically relevant measure. If IQ and crime statistics were really a political matter, we could all just move to Chinese or Ashk neighborhoods and call it a day (hat tip: Thomas777). What matters is the future of this or that historically concrete people

This is what I believe in
