Bottles of hormone/antibiotic-free milk forced to declare that "studies show no benefit to rBST-free milk" ...that kind of imposition on a business is fine for the NRO/Meekly Standard crowd. But even more, the attempt was actually to make it illegal to declare GMO-free, etc.

Not sure I agree with this. Mueller already did a lot of damage to Flynn and his family. Getting this case thrown out would have been a yuge embarrassment to Mueller and would have given Trump public cause with normies to go on the offensive. Another lost opportunity
Judge Sullivan knows that Gen. Flynn was set-up.
Gen. Flynn is exhausted and wants to get on with his life. Had he withdrawn his plea, #Mueller and Weissmann would have worked overtime to destroy Flynn and the lives of everyone in the Flynn family.
Gen. Flynn is a hero.
