a Japanese nostalgic classic is spaghetti with ketchup, but it's recognized as student/poverty food, and they don't go around vaunting that such dishes are superior to whypipo food (which they like very much)

in doses at which it works it can cause liver damage I suggest instead relaxing herbs like passionflower, valerian (careful it can give twisted dreams), amino theanine, holy basil, lemon balm....there are many options that are safer

I think as long as it's an organic and unprocessed cacao with nothing extra added it's fine; try looking for criollo beans as these are highest quality and best flavor

I think such studies are useless because the dose of fluoride that's bad varies from person to person...you can't just look at extreme examples...subclinical symptoms will occur even before you have to go to doctor

heard bad things about artificial sweeteners I agree with peat that main problem with modern diet is PUFA...not sugar; that doesn't mean you should consume high quantities of sugar

I would assume that's quite bad. Try to find genuine HK place that will use XO sauce (but expensive) ...or just without sauce
