This is very common attitude especially among w*m*n in academia: to mask your emotional disagreement with something under "oh it's not original" or (very common for femael) "not precise" ...to play dumb or bait & switch with standards disingenuously introduced from science

If you meet these people you realize they have no clue what ideas, literature, history are even FOR. It's too much to even call them day-laborers. They're confused and sad people. Men like @OldBookClub or @hisperic for whom history, literature is alive...impossible to find there.
