No I think other greens are good, and even some lettuce, but I'm very wary of eating raw greens out at moment, because of contamination risk. Lettuce can be OK under some circumstances at home

freshly made by your own garden is different, also some varieties are good. But I'd never eat it in restaurant or eat it out anywhere

I doubt it tbh ...the parasites that live in saltwater fish can't live inside humans...they can cause damage as they pass through though

It might be OK as a bodybuilding staple (although the toxins from farmed salmon might accumulate) but not for fine dining or any eating out. It's like chicken breast

Salmon...it's a plebeian fish, a restaurant serving this is just calling it in. Tastes bad cooked, and Japanese didn't eat it raw until Americans taught them to...
