I made omelette 4 egg, goat cheez mixed into egg batter before I fry and small cut-up Canadian bacon that I first browned in butter. It came out awful; goat cheez taste was lost, Canadian bacon was dry/overspiced, it came out unpleasant and difficult to eat. Probably nutritious.
