No! Sunflower oil used to be high in polyunsaturated fats, but it was never as bad as the other seed or vegetable oils. But the latest varieties are high-oleic and similar to olive oil in fat profile. You can find pretty cheap at Trader Joe's, it makes good mayonnaise
