Much talk lately of the spike protein itself doing damage; I don't know if true. But this study found some herbs can inhibit docking of this protein. Ashwagandha, holy basil and Tinospora cordifolia. Advantage is even if doesn't work, taking these is harmless, has other benefits
Interdasting study on herbs that could prevent infection with woohanflu; it seems to be good study that goes beyond computard modeling. And in any case these herbs, ashwagandha and tulsi (holy basil) have good calming effects on anyone

I recommend taking Gaia brand Ashwagandha and Holy Basil pills (the latter is expensive; making own holy basil tea is alternative and might work better if you have good source). Life Extension has something called "immune modulator" that's just tinospora extract
