no they don't; none of these countries do contact tracing, just like none (including Iceland, which I told you about) enforce quarantine or any of the other measures you may have heard of. Only dumb Western countries do that. Thailand took no measures into April 2020

False. Iceland also said it did tracing and did no such thing. I was there last summer no one checked on me on mandatory arrival quarantine. Aside from closing borders Uruguay refused lockdowns and was ok. Argentina and Peru had strict lockdowns and did poorly

I also heard from frends that it was widely obeyed. Cell data shows it was. Neighboring Uruguay had no measures and was fine.
