I think a cheaper alternative to Iberico pigs which are imported is the American Berkshire heritage breed variety, which is raised humanely/free and I hope slaughtered humanely too. Somewhat expensive though still...

I must make crucial update to this advice: oregano oil applied directly to skin will BURN your skin. It's a potent antibiotic and antimicrobial too. You have to get the ratio right. You should also only apply to armpits (if you can tolerate it). It's also a disinfectant b careful
Deodorants are by definition an unaesthetic subject, but I gib suggestion for natural variety. Everyman Jack makes a pretty clean brand but you can also take coconut oil, break open a pill of Gaia oregano oil and mix it in. It's effective (may make you smell of oregano though)

Another paradox: "liberal democracies" (which in 2019 are neither liberal nor democratic) in our day are one of the least transparent regime forms. By contrast dictatorships like Russia or Singapore are more or less transparent, everyone knows who is responsible for the decision.
